Steve Chang is a Commercial Real Estate Broker/Advisor with a focus in multifamily, industrial, NNN retail, and office investments.  Steve is dedicated to adding value and helping clients grow their capital through commercial investments.  Clients who have worked with Steve view him as one of the most diligent, aggressive, and trustworthy professionals in the business.

Steve has the expertise and experience in underwriting and valuation of investment properties, sales and marketing, offer negotiation, and 1031 exchange analysis and transactions.  Steve has also helped clients with large-scale commercial properties, with a gross sales volume exceeding $90 million in the past 3 years.  Starting from locating the deal through his industry network, analyzing the deal, negotiating, performing due diligence, and staying on top throughout the transaction until closing, Steve helped his clients to achieve their investment goals.  For example, Steve recently helped a client successfully complete a $7 million 1031 exchange, exchanging from one multi-tenant NNN retail property to two NNN retail replacement properties and increasing the client's portfolio size by a whopping 72.8% in 1.5 years.

Prior to starting his career in brokerage, Steve was a successful technology management consultant with tenures at top consulting firms such as IBM and Deloitte Consulting.  Steve helped his Fortune 1000 clients by delivering customized solutions tailored toward their needs.  His consulting background has helped him to always think from his client's perspective and add value.
